Infertility is defined as being unable to conceive after more than 1 year of unprotected intercourse. It is estimated that 10 % of people in the reproductive age group are suffering from it.

Vitrification – Freezing embryos & eggs
An IVF cycle produces a number of viable embryos. Those that aren’t immediately transferred back to the patient are placed in cryostorage by lowering their temperature to that of liquid nitrogen (-196°C).
